haulage DC
Haulage DC was developed for the regular application on haul roads to control and reduce airborne dust and to reduce water consumption. Citrus based Haulage DC reduces surface tension, allowing water to penetrate deeper and be retained into the roads. When the water penetrates faster, there is less water remaining on the surface to evaporate, create potholes or runoff ruts.
Haulage DC is simply batch mixed in existing water tankers and when sprayed regularly on haul roads it controls dust and provides a cost saving solution:
- Reduces water requirements and application frequency by up to 40%, saving water, labour and equipment costs
- Biodegradable
- Non-irritating to humans and animals and will not corrode equipment
- Orange oil coats dust with a micro-film to trap moisture and increase agglomeration of dust particles
ROAD CON
A medium to long term road dust suppressant, Road Con was developed as a one shot suppressant for various applications; such as council roads, laydown areas, unsealed carparks and agricultural applications such as wineries and cattle yards. Road Con can last without re-application for several months given the right conditions and application method.
Used either neat or at a diluted rate, Road Con is a very cost-effective option to suppress dust on unsealed roads, especially where water carts are unavailable.
